2) Indicate in the subject line whether you are exchanging a size or returning an item.
3) Indicate NAME and SURNAME , ORDER NUMBER , TELEPHONE NUMBER
4) ATTACH A PHOTO OF ANY DEFECT
- In case of size CHANGE :
SPECIFY SIZE PURCHASED AND REQUESTED
- In case of RETURNS : DESCRIBE THE DEFECT ON THE ITEM AS BEST AS POSSIBLE, attaching a photo. Please note that returns will not be considered for defective items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used. Items must be intact, unused, with their tags, bag, and hanger. Prompt requests improve the chances of a successful return.
